Tuco AI is not a mass-blast tool, by design. You can message an entire lead list, but every contact receives an individual, personalized iMessage sent within strict per-line daily limits — because blasting identical messages from one line is the fastest way to get it flagged or banned by Apple. If you’re looking to spray thousands of identical texts, Tuco is the wrong tool. If you want to reach a list the way that actually lands and keeps your line healthy, here’s how.
iMessage should be triggered, not blasted. The safe, effective pattern is a personalized message fired by an event — a new lead, a form submission, a reply, or a CRM stage change — sent one contact at a time from your workflow. Batch-spraying identical messages to a static list is what gets iMessage lines flagged and banned by Apple. Whenever possible, trigger sends from a HubSpot or GoHighLevel workflow instead of uploading a list to push out at once.

Why “blasting” iMessage doesn’t work

Apple aggressively flags accounts that behave like spam senders. Identical messages fired at high volume from a cold line get rate-limited, then banned — taking your conversations with it. Tuco deliberately caps every line and requires warm-up (rate limits, anti-spam guidelines) so one over-eager send can’t destroy your line’s reputation. Volume comes from more warmed-up lines sending personalized messages, not from blasting a single line.

Message a lead list the right way — 4 steps

1

Import your list

Upload a CSV or Google Sheet, or sync from HubSpot / GoHighLevel. Contacts are validated and deduplicated by phone number on import.
2

Verify availability

Tuco checks iMessage availability across the list so eligible contacts get blue-bubble iMessage and the rest fall back to SMS.
3

Personalize every message

Build a campaign with merge variables and steps so each contact gets a genuinely individual message — not an identical blast. Personalization is what makes list outreach both effective and safe.
4

Send within limits, with fallback

Tuco paces sends inside your per-line rate limits and routes non-iMessage contacts to SMS fallback, so the list is reached without risking your lines.

How much can I actually send?

Daily send volume is deliberately capped per line and scales with your plan and number of lines (see pricing) — not unlimited. Each line also performs up to 70 iMessage availability checks per day. New lines should warm up gradually rather than start at the cap. These limits exist to protect your deliverability, and they apply to every send path (Quick Send, campaigns, dashboard, HubSpot/GHL plugins, and the API).

Do it safely

  • Personalize — individual messages, never identical blasts.
  • Warm up new lines — ramp volume gradually.
  • Verify availability first — don’t waste sends on non-iMessage numbers.
  • Get consent and honor opt-outs — process STOP immediately (see compliance).
  • Add lines to scale — spread volume rather than overloading one line.

Frequently asked questions

No — Tuco is not a spam-blast tool. You can import a list and message it, but sends are personalized per contact and capped per line to protect deliverability. Firing identical bulk messages is exactly what gets iMessage lines banned.
Personalize every message, warm up new lines, stay within your per-line daily limits, verify iMessage availability first, and honor opt-outs. Scale by adding warmed-up lines — not by pushing one line harder.
It’s capped per line and scales with your plan and line count (see pricing) — intentionally limited to keep your lines healthy. Tuco enforces these caps across every send path.
No. iMessage runs over Apple’s network, not the carrier A2P system that requires 10DLC. You still must follow consent and opt-out rules — see the compliance guide.
