What Telegram Does

Connect Telegram to your Tuco workspace for:
  • Real-time reply notifications with lead name and message preview
  • Reply directly from Telegram — your response is sent as an iMessage to the lead
  • KB copilot drafts with Approve/Reject buttons
  • Campaign notifications and billing events

Connecting Telegram

  1. Go to Integrations → Telegram
  2. Click the deep link to open the Tuco bot in Telegram
  3. Send /start — your workspace is linked

Per-Member Linking

Each team member can link their own Telegram account. Reply notifications are routed to the contact owner’s personal Telegram, not just the workspace channel.

Knowledge Base Integration

When KB mode is set to Copilot:

  2. Draft is sent to your Telegram with Approve / Reject buttons
  3. Tap Approve → reply is sent to the lead
  4. Tap Reject → discard the draft, reply manually
