## AI Credits

AI credits power all AI features in Tuco:

* **AI Responder** (Knowledge Base auto-replies)
* **Sequence message generation** (personalized outreach)
* **Reply classification** (interested/not-interested detection)
* **Onboarding suggestions**

### How credits work

* **1 credit = 1,000 tokens** (input + output combined)
* A typical AI conversation uses \~2-3 credits
* Credits reset monthly on your billing cycle start date
* Usage is visible in the AI battery icon in your dashboard header

### Credit packs

Need more credits? Buy one-time packs from the Billing page:

Credit packs are added instantly. Invoices are available in your Stripe billing portal.

### Usage alerts

You'll receive email alerts when your AI credits reach:

* **80%** — heads up to plan ahead
* **95%** — almost out
* **100%** — credits exhausted (AI features still work but may degrade)

### Fair usage

AI features continue working even after credits are exhausted. We send alerts so you can buy more credits or upgrade your plan, but we never hard-block your AI features.
