# Telegram Bot

> Get real-time reply alerts, approve AI drafts, and send iMessages from Telegram. Native integration for Tuco AI iMessage automation — works alongside HubSpot.

# Telegram Bot

Connect the Tuco Telegram Bot to manage your iMessage workspace from your phone.

## Setup

1. Go to **API Keys** → **Telegram** tab in the [dashboard](https://app.tuco.ai/api-keys)
2. Click **Connect Telegram** — opens [@TucoAIBot](https://t.me/TucoAIBot) in Telegram
3. The bot auto-links to your workspace

<Info>Each workspace can connect to one Telegram chat. To change, disconnect and reconnect.</Info>

## Commands

### `/whoami`

Returns your workspace info: name, plan, active lines, team members.

### `/send +phone message`

Sends an iMessage directly from Telegram.

The message is sent through your first active line.

### Reply to Notification

When you receive an inbound reply notification, just reply to that Telegram message — your reply is sent as an iMessage to the lead.

## What Gets Sent to Telegram

| Notification       | When                                                         |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Reply alerts       | Lead replies to your iMessage (name, phone, message preview) |
| KB draft approvals | AI drafts a reply in Co-pilot mode (Approve/Reject buttons)  |
| Sequence approvals | God sequence step needs approval (message preview)           |
| Onboarding events  | New user signs up, submits goals                             |
| Billing events     | Checkout started, subscription changes                       |

## Knowledge Base Approval Flow

When using the KB in **Co-pilot mode** with Telegram as your approval channel:

1. Lead sends a message
2. AI drafts a reply with a confidence score
3. You receive the draft in Telegram with **Approve** and **Reject** buttons
4. Tap **Approve** to send, **Reject** to discard
5. Or reply with edited text to send a modified version

## Disconnecting

Go to **API Keys** → **Telegram** tab → **Disconnect**. This removes the link between your workspace and Telegram chat.
