# Invite Your Team

> Add teammates to your Tuco workspace: invite by email from Settings → Team, choose Admin or Member, and map CRM owners so messages come from the right rep.

**To add a teammate, go to Settings → Team, enter their email, pick a role (Admin or Member), and send the invite.** If they already have a Tuco account they're added to your workspace instantly; if not, they get an email with a link to join. Only workspace **Admins** can invite.

## Invite a teammate

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Settings → Team">
    In the dashboard, go to **Settings** and open the **Team** tab. (You must be an Admin to see the invite controls.)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter email and pick a role">
    Type the teammate's email address and choose a role:

    * **Admin** — can manage the team, settings, lines, and billing.
    * **Member** — can use the workspace (leads, campaigns, inbox) without admin controls.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send the invite">
    Click invite. What happens next depends on whether they already use Tuco:

    * **Existing Tuco user** → added to your workspace immediately.
    * **New user** → receives an email invitation with a link to join. The pending invite (and its link) shows in your Team tab until they accept.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Make messages come from the right rep

Once teammates are in the workspace, map your CRM owners to them so each lead's outreach is attributed to the correct person:

* **HubSpot** — map `hubspot_owner_id` to Tuco members in [Integrations → CRM → Owner Mapping](/integrations/hubspot#owner-mapping). Tuco also auto-matches by email when a new member joins.
* **GoHighLevel** — map GHL users to Tuco members the [same way](/integrations/ghl#owner-mapping).
